We had a small water leak in our kitchen coming from a supply line under the sink. Unfortunately we had no idea about it and by the the time we caught it, it had caused some damage to a couple of our cabinets as well as to the subfloor. We called Rapid Response Restoration and they came out promptly. They were able to work with my insurance company to get the repairs needed. The service was fantastic, great communication from start to finish, very professional and courteous. The kitchen looks better now than before. We had plenty of room to pass on the on ramp before merging onto the interstate, the guy floors his truck while pulling a large work trailer with his company name all over it and began spinning his tires to quickly close the large gap in front of him, all in an attempt to keep us from passing when there was plenty of room to do so. He intentionally closes the gap and runs us into the interstate emergency lane while laying on his horn. A criminal mindset is the only explanation to purposely try and wreck a family car attempting to pass and merge in front of a slower moving vehicle. Rapid Response went above and beyond on a propety for me. I am a local real estate agent and we had a cleaner who accidently snapped a water line that caused a lot of damage to a home. Problem was we were supposed to close in 10 days. We did not have much time. Rapid Response came in and handeled the job in a very timely manner with great craftsmanship. The current owners and new owners were very pleased.
